What to do when you reach Fitness Plateau

A plateau is a situation when there is no success in your daily routines. It is often characterized by an inability to gain or lose weight. Both of these symptoms are psychological reactions of the body. These are just some of the effects that one experiences after a series of daily workout. If you feel hungry most of the time during the day, then you are not consuming adequate amounts of food for the day and it may help you plateau. Change habits. Even though a lot of people resist change, but if the routine does not produce results, try to modify or change habits.
